Logs Directory Missing During Windows Service Install
Clarify Scenario:
During the Cleo Clarify 5.1.20 Windows Service install, we incurred an error where the system cannot find specified path.
Clarify Issue:
During the Cleo Clarify install process, there is a bug where a directory is not created.
Clarify Deployment Error:
The error "The system cannot find the path specified." indicates that it cannot find the logs folder that it is trying to write to.
Clarify Resolution:
To resolve this issue we needed to browse to the following file location:
D:\Cleo\Clarify_5_Server\utils\service
In this service folder you will need to create a folder named logs (all lowercase).
