SVN Error while accessing the Repository

Clarify Scenario:

While trying to access the SVN (Cleo.Plan.io) an error was encounted and access to the repository was not possible.

Clarify Resolution:

Access the install directory of the Studio install. Update ebi.ini to include:
-Djava.util.Arrays.useLegacyMergeSort=true
